As the name implies, means the recovery menu in the language, among the four available: English, Italian, French and Spanish. It also lets you install a language other than recovery in the XMB (function more fun than useful xD), which normally would not allow the CF.

It is completely written in LUA and has a very intuitive and simple, but not at all ill-defined.
For proper use of the software, you must first choose the language dell’XMB (and their country) and then translate the language in which the recovery.
