IO_VLF v1 for PSP

I noticed it was not possible to use the pspiofilemgr along the Vlf Lib, which is a shame. So I decided to create a version that works pspiofilemgr warranty with VLF. It will load IO_VLF.prx since crt0.c and use my header and stub file given. I have tested so there is nothing to worry;) IO_VLF v1 was release just a few hours ago over at pspgen by psp homebrew developer mootje , He decided to release IO_VLF V1 after having a hard time trying to pspiofilemgr along the Vlf Lib which seem to be impossible .
